Deciding to Act

Amelia Earhart is credited with saying “The most difficult thing is the decision to act, the rest is merely tenacity.”

But we need to hasten to add one thing: deciding to act and actually acting are different things.

Making the decision matters. And it’s a big deal to make decisions, especially if you’re indecisive or recovering from forgetting you had the power to make choices.

But if you don’t follow the decision by setting it in motion, you still won’t go anywhere.

What’s a decision you made, but never moved forward with? If there’s some way I can help, let me know.

To your growth,

John Allan
